The Acer AOD250 1383 netbook comes with Microsoft Windows 7 Starter operating system. This means that it comes some of the latest Windows 7 features like Jump Start to manage and find files better. Also, it can be connected to printers and other computer peripherals. In addition, it has an integrated webcam, which is discreetly built in into the LCD bezel. The Crystal Eye webcam offers extremely good quality images and video streaming even in situations where the background lighting is low.

It has a 6 cell battery that can run for 8 hours with a single charge. The keyboard has 84 keys, 12 function keys and WLAN switch. It is nearly as big as a full size keyboard.
